What happens at the coach/owner meetings?
These meetings are personalized and confidential. They focus on the Coach getting to know you and your business; learning strengths, weaknesses, and areas of untapped opportunity.
Next you and your GGA Professional Business Coach will develop an action plan to move forward.
Accountability meetings (either in person or by phone) are scheduled on a regular basis. You will be responsible and accountable for completing specific tasks before each meeting.
You and your Coach will discuss how successful you were in completing the actions indicated to move your business forward; exchange ideas about upcoming tasks and projects; and develop an action plan for the next meeting.
