Working with Gordy Growth Advisors can be a very satisfying experience for motivated business owner, executives, or managers.
Sure it involves an investment of time, money, and hard work. If you are not willing to do that, then business coaching is not for you.
We are business coaches, but we coach people. A business coaching relationship is very personal with individual coaching lasting 12 months or more and group coaching often lasting 12 weeks or more.

This is a time for discovery. Should YOU decide that business coaching is not for you, simply say so. Should WE decide that we can not offer a significant benefit to your business we will tell you.
We only work with businesses where we can make major improvements to help you maximize your investment with us.
Business coaching may be a new concept for you. We want to be sure that we respond to all your concerns…up front. Coaching also requires insight on our part and we will need to ask you many probing questions. All information shared is considered confidential.
At the end of this meeting you should have reached clarity about whether coaching is for you and whether you want to take the next step. That next step may be getting started…or it may be another conversation if you are in the "Yes but or Yes if" state.
Our job as business coaches is to give you the tools you need to move your business forward AND hold you accountable for using them.
