This is the fastest, most effective, most efficient and most personalized way to improve your business. You will meet with your coach in person or by phone on a regular basis.
Using many of the tools that are mentioned on this site, your coach will spend the first few meetings analyzing information about where your business is now and where you want it to go. The agenda after that is determined by you and your coach to prepare an action plan with the most pressing concerns normally being addressed first.
Although this is the most effective way to improve your business this will not happen overnight. The recommended minimum engagement for this level of personalized coaching is at least one year. We are not magicians. Meaningful, lasting improvement takes time, effort, and hard work-commitment on your part.
