Coaching is NOT a quick fix. Creating lasting change means a person must acquire skills and develop positive habits over a period of time, not just over night.
How many times have you been to a seminar that gets you all charged up ready to return to work and
walk through walls…only to find that much of what we thought we learned is soon forgotten after the seminar lights are turned off?
Well, coaching is not like that! Your GGA coach will work with you to develop an ongoing process that results in incremental (but lasting) changes.
Effective coaching takes time and we expect a minimum commitment of 12 months to create real change that lasts.
