Business coaching is a lot like coaching any sport. And, we recognize that not everyone can play.
Gordy Growth Advisors will not accept clients who do not meet certain qualifications.
- You must be committed to self improvement.
- You must be willing to make the time investment required to succeed; to work hard; and be fully engaged in the coaching process.
- You must recognize, respect, and value the mutual benefits of working together.
As in sports, we coach those who have more to give by providing guidance and accountability. We coach those who think they've given all they can by providing support and encouragement.
And the results are simply amazing!
As a PBCA member coach we are licensed business advisors who have a minimum of 15 years significant business experience. Many of us have advanced degrees and have been small business owners as well as corporate executives.
We DID NOT just go out and buy a franchise and call ourselves business coaches!
GGA Head Coach, Ed Seitz, LPBC, brings many lessons learned from over 30 years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial successes and failures to each coaching engagement. And why mention failures? Because they are some of our most valuable learning experiences!
